EThics & scope

At SATORA, ethics are essential — they are part of how the space is held.

They ensure that reflection takes place with care, safety, responsibility, and respect for each individual.

scope of practice

SATORA currently offers spiritual life coaching.

This work supports reflective inquiry, identity exploration, and the integration of insight into daily life. It does not constitute psychotherapy, counselling, or medical treatment.

 SATORA does not:

• Diagnose mental health conditions
• Provide clinical treatment
• Offer crisis support
• Replace licensed mental health care

If you require therapeutic or psychiatric support, you will be encouraged to seek appropriate licensed services.

Boundaries & RESPONSIBILITIES

Spiritual life coaching is a collaborative process.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and well-being.

SATORA does not offer advice or directive instruction. The work centres on reflection, awareness, and alignment.

confidentiality

All sessions are held in confidence, except where disclosure is required by law (for example, risk of serious harm to yourself or others).

Clear agreements will be outlined before we begin working together.

What SATORA is NOT

SATORA offers integrative life coaching.

It is not psychotherapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

If you require clinical mental health support, I will always encourage you to seek appropriate licensed care.

Future therapeutic modalities may be introduced only following accredited training and regulation.

Future Development

SATORA is being developed with a long-term vision in mind.

At present, the practice offers integrative life coaching grounded in self-understanding, self-trust, and aligned action. Over time, there is an intention to deepen this work through accredited training in psychotherapy and somatically informed approaches.

Any expansion of services will occur only following full professional qualification and in accordance with relevant ethical and regulatory standards.

This measured evolution reflects a commitment to developing SATORA with integrity—honoring both the depth of the work and the responsibility that comes with supporting meaningful change.

A Practice Built on Integrity

SATORA supports healing and transformation not by promising them, but by creating the conditions in which meaningful and lasting change can emerge.

Rather than offering certainty, solutions, or guarantees, SATORA provides a reflective and grounded space in which deeper self-understanding, self-trust, and authentic growth can unfold at their own pace.

This work honours the complexity of being human. It recognises that lasting change cannot be forced, and that genuine transformation often arises through presence, reflection, and a willingness to engage honestly with oneself.

Depth requires responsibility. Awareness requires care.

SATORA is built upon both.
