EThics & commitment
A practice held with care, responsibility, and integrity.
At SATORA, ethical practice is not simply a set of guidelines.
It is the foundation of how this space is created and held.
Meaningful personal work requires trust, safety, and respect. It requires recognising both the depth of human experience and the responsibility involved in supporting someone through periods of change, uncertainty, and growth.
SATORA is committed to creating a space where reflection can happen with honesty, compassion, and appropriate boundaries.
scope of practice
Understanding the work we offer.
SATORA currently offers integrative life coaching.
This work supports self-reflection, personal exploration, identity development, values clarification, and the integration of insight into everyday life.
Coaching provides a space to explore your experiences, patterns, beliefs, and choices with greater awareness.
It is not psychotherapy, counselling, or medical treatment.
SATORA does not:
Diagnose mental health conditions
Provide clinical treatment
Offer crisis intervention or emergency support
Replace appropriate mental health or medical care
SATORA honours the difference between coaching and therapy, which allows this work to remain ethical, clear, and supportive.
If therapeutic, psychiatric, or medical support would better serve your needs, you will always be encouraged to seek support from an appropriately qualified professional.
Boundaries & Responsibility
A collaborative process.
Coaching is a partnership.
While SATORA provides a supportive and reflective environment, you remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing.
This work is not about receiving instructions or being told what choices to make.
Instead, coaching creates space for you to explore your own thoughts, values, and inner wisdom so that your decisions can come from a place of greater awareness and self-trust.
Confidentiality
A space where you can be honest.
Privacy and trust are central to the coaching relationship.
Sessions are held confidentially, with the exception of circumstances where disclosure may be required by law, such as concerns relating to serious risk of harm to yourself or others.
Before beginning our work together, clear agreements around confidentiality, boundaries, and expectations will be discussed.
What SATORA is NOT
Honouring the difference between coaching and therapy.
SATORA offers integrative life coaching.
It is not psychotherapy and does not diagnose, treat, or manage mental health conditions.
Coaching focuses on reflection, self-understanding, personal growth, and supporting you in creating meaningful change.
If your needs extend beyond the scope of coaching, appropriate professional support will always be encouraged.
As SATORA continues to evolve, any future therapeutic or additional modalities will only be introduced following recognised training, qualification, and adherence to relevant ethical standards.
Growing with intention.
SATORA is being developed with a long-term vision.
The foundation of this practice is integrative life coaching, grounded in self-understanding, self-trust, and aligned action.
Over time, there is an intention to deepen this work through further accredited study in psychotherapy and somatically informed approaches.
Any future expansion will happen thoughtfully, responsibly, and only when supported by appropriate professional training and ethical practice.
This commitment reflects the values at the heart of SATORA:
Depth requires responsibility.
Growth requires integrity.
The Evolution of SATORA
A Practice Built on Integrity
SATORA does not promise to fix you.
It does not offer certainty, quick solutions, or a version of transformation that requires you to become someone else.
Instead, SATORA offers a reflective space where you can understand yourself more deeply, reconnect with your own wisdom, and explore the changes you feel ready to make.
Because lasting change cannot be forced.
It unfolds through awareness.
Through honesty.
Through a willingness to meet yourself with compassion.
SATORA honours the complexity of being human.
And this work is held with both depth and care.
